Frequently asked

The usual
questions.

The answers to what people ask us most before coming. If yours isn't here, just write to us — English is fine.

Do I need to book?
No. The farm shop is open every day (9am–12pm and 3–7.30pm; on Saturday the morning runs until 1pm) and the vending machines are open 24/7. Only guided visits for groups and schools need arranging in advance.
How do I get there from Milan?
We are in Settimo Milanese, about ten kilometres west of the city centre — roughly 20–25 minutes by car. Coming by public transport is possible but slow; a car is much easier, and parking is free on site.
How can I pay?
In the shop we take any method, cash or card. The vending machines take cash and coins only, up to €10.
Do you speak English?
Some of us do, well enough to help you choose. If you would rather write ahead in English, use the form on this page or WhatsApp — we will reply in English.
Do you ship? Can I order online?
No, we do not ship and there is no online shop. Everything is sold here at the farm, in the shop and from the 24/7 vending machines.
Can I bring my dog? Is it good for children?
Dogs on a lead are welcome outdoors; for hygiene reasons they cannot enter the barn or the dairy, and our own dogs live here, so they need to get along. Children love it: the animals, the barn and the open space make it a good day out for families.
Is the farm accessible?
Yes. Everything is on one level, with no steps.
How do I arrange a group or school visit?
Write or call us to agree a date and a programme: we run guided visits for groups and schools, the dairy included.
