A working farm,
next to MILAN.
Three generations
of farming.
A family-run farm, open since 1968. We work the land, raise a herd of dairy cows and turn their milk into cheese in our own dairy — all of it at the edge of Milan.
It all begins in 1968, when grandfather Gaetano puts down roots in Settimo Milanese: a few hectares, a barn and the patience of the seasons.
In 2000 Davide and Paolo take over. They grow the farm to today's 250 hectares and, in 2020, open the dairy. Along the way the family alone is no longer enough: the people who still work with us arrive — every day, in the fields, in the barn and in the dairy.
Now it is the third generation's turn: Luca and Chiara work alongside the family, learning on the job so they can write the next chapter.
From the field
to your table.
Nothing travels far. The milk is milked here, the cheese is made here, and you buy it here — no middlemen between the field and your basket.
What it takes
to fill a shelf.
Two milkings a day, 250 hectares of fodder and grain grown to feed our own herd, and a dairy that turns the milk into cheese a few metres from the barn.
Ten minutes
from the city.
No booking needed to shop: walk in, look at the animals, buy what you like. Guided visits for groups and schools are by arrangement.
